
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is all about self-development and learning new ways of living your life in order to create positive and lasting change. More specifically, it is a confidential and collaborative partnership between me as your coach and you in a wonderfully creative process which inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Together we’ll work on breaking down your personal, professional or business goals and creating a personalised and detailed Strategic Plan of Action so you have a clear path to work towards achieving your specific desires and needs. My coaching approach puts you at the very centre of the process and I’ll be beside you with regular check-ins and continuous guidance to ensure you stay focused and on track. Active engagement with the coaching process and a willingness to commit to taking the necessary steps to implement life-changing changes are key aspects of the coaching process. Once you begin to notice the benefits of taking action, this builds your resilience and determination to continue the process and that’s where it becomes empowering!

As your coach, I am here to inspire you to find your place in the world and to help you discover how to bring about change so you feel more satisfied and fulfilled. In our sessions together, I help you become more aware of what is going on for you in your life, both good and not so good, how it is affecting you and what might need to change. We will explore the attitudes, behaviours, perceptions and beliefs that support what’s important to you or that interfere with your progress, hold you back and stop you from doing the things you want to do.
As well as using standard, well developed and proven coaching techniques during our sessions, I weave in various practical tools such as centering and breathing exercises along with visualisation and imagery all designed to raise your awareness, gain more clarity, increase your resilience skills and stimulate your creativity. Over time, you will begin to notice that every decision, action, thought and feeling you have relates, or not, to your ultimate goals and where you want to be and this observation enables you to make choices to create deep-rooted and satisfying change in all areas of your life in line with your vision and what you desire most. Gradually, personal growth and transformation become possible as:

- you gain clarity and focus around where you are going and the impact you want to make on the world;
- you unlock the tools and mindset that will help you grow into the person you were always meant to be;
- you learn techniques to manage your stress, build resilience and overcome life’s challenges and obstacles;
